Nick's Computer Works Sturgis
2007 (sort of)
Next we went to the Sitting Bull Caverns. They are one of many caverns that the public can pay to visit. This one goes 150 feet underground and the stairs going down are VERY steep. They advise looking at the stairs before paying the $8.00 to go on the tour. Charla wimped out and would not do the stairs. I tried to wimp out but Nick II wouldn't let me so I had to go. Once on the stairs and working your way down it was not so bad. The hand rails were ice cold and had frost on them. I would suggest gloves if you go. The cavern tour was very educational. I am glad I took the tour, but an elevator going back up would have been nice! What an exercise that was! We then went to an inside "glow in the dark" miniature golf course. My camera did not work well in the dark so there are no pictures. But we had a lot of fun there anyways. BTW: All the miniature golf courses up there get about $8.00 per game per person to play. A little steep, but fun anyways. Next: Deadwood, SD. Click here for pictures
